We’ve seen it on Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, which came out in November 2011. It won two awards at Spike Video Game Awards, for Best Graphics and Best PS3 Game. So when Uncharted 4 comes out (and we all know it will), how can it improve unless the PlayStation 3 improves?

It can’t! So we need the PlayStation 4. Anyway, if we consider the rumors spreading around the web about PS4 development underway, then it is safe to assume that Uncharted 4 will be developed for the PS4 and not the PS3. I’m excited if this comes to fruition: Uncharted with even better graphics? Heck yes!

Well, if the former is true, so is the latter. Sony PlayStation has already confirmed that the PS4 will release around the same time as the Xbox 720, since they learned their lesson with the older generation of consoles.

While we’re hoping both release next year (fingers crossed!), we will know the truth during June: E3 is where companies unveil the latest and hottest products under development that they plan to release during Holiday season.

So, come June, we’ll know if we should expect the PlayStation 4 during 2012.
